Program: Laramie Reproductive Health, Jessi Colehour
Introduction: Hanna Eslinger
Laramie Reproductive Health provides compassionate care and education in a supportive environment. They provide equitable access to reproductive health care. LRH is 50-years-old.
LRH provides a sliding fee scale, in order to provide equitable access. Each patient is coded for a certain fee, so you can pre-plan for costs. Quotes can also be provided. LRH can offer 12-month payment plans. This helps with the accessibility of clinic offerings.
Title 10 requires that LRH has a waiver system for those that truly can’t afford the services.
LRH provides general wellness services including: exams, Cologuard, blood draws, health care referrals, prescription refills, return to work/school documents, and flu/strep testing.
For reproductive health and contraception services, LRH can provide: cervical cancer screening, IUD insertion and removals, Nexplanon insertion and removals, depo provera injections, contraceptive education, pregnancy testing and counseling, STI testing and counseling, and HPV vaccines. Basically, LRH can help with the entire reproductive cycle for both men and women.
They also provide free condoms and feminine hygiene products. To help with period equity, places can sign up to be a drop off location for items. Currently there are 6 nonprofits and 2 schools. They are trying to epand this program.
LRH had over 1,000 visits in 2025. You can get involved in several ways. You can donate, volunteer, attend events, sponsor, and follow them online. You can also become a patient. This is the best way to support and help.

Rotary 4-way test
Of the things we think, say, or do:
•Is it the Truth?
•Is it Fair?
•Will it build Good Will and
Better Friendships?
•Will it be Beneficial to All
Concerned?
The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
•FIRST. The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;
•SECOND. High ethical standards in business and professions; the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations; and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;
•THIRD. The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business, and community life;
•FOURTH. The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.
