Introduction: Kelly Neville

Kerri told the club about her two Food Network experiences. The first was Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri. He came to Laramie and did six locations.

In October 2021, the Alibi submitted two recipes, the Reuban sandwich and the brisket pizza. The crew came the Monday after Thanksgiving. All parts of the recipes had to be prepped for easy filming.

Guy Fieri did the six locations across two days, and then the production team remained for a week at the Alibi. The show aired in April 2022.  Kerri was able to select 10 people to be customers on the day of filming.

The Laramie restaurants on Triple D did see an uptick and have had many followers come in.

Kerri also competed in Grocery Games out in California. She had to submit a profile, pictures and be available to go to the shooting site. She was the third show filmed in one day. It was fun and a good experience. Her show aired in June 2022.

Kerri competed against two other opponents on a pizza show. The first challenge was a signature pizza and she made the brisket pizza. Then the second challenge was to spin a wheel for ingredients that had to be on a pizza.

Kerri and Ethan trained at the San Francisco Baking Institute. She is mostly self-taught, and this is where the sourdough bread and dough came in.

The Alibi has gone through a massive remodel over the last several years from a drive-up liquor store to a full-service bar and restaurant.

The restaurant also has a selection of breads, pastries, and desserts.

Response: Justin Christenson

Response: The Rotary Club of Laramie will make a donation to the public library children’s book fund in the speaker’s name.
NOTE: We Do Not Donate a Book!

Rotary 4-way test
Of the things we think, say, or do:
•Is it the Truth?
•Is it Fair?
•Will it build Good Will and
  Better Friendships?
•Will it be Beneficial to All
  Concerned?

The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
•FIRST. The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;
•SECOND. High ethical standards in business and professions; the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations; and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;
•THIRD. The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarian's personal, business, and community life;
•FOURTH. The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.
